The Smart Buildings & Infrastructure (SBI) series of summits is Africa’s only platform uniquely designed to educate and develop the public and private sector responsible for the design, development, construction and operation of buildings and infrastructure assets.

The Summits will cover from technology evolution to new value adding services, local and international lessons learned, innovative revenue streams, future buildings and cities, new generation approaches to building design and delivery, better collaboration, infrastructure transformation and sustainable strategies.

Keynote panel/ Stakeholder Engagement Forum

The interactive sessions are aimed at all private and public sector project participants involved in the design, development and operation of buildings and infrastructure assets. It will focuss on the future of buildings and cities, case studies, overcoming challenges, lessons learned from local and international projects and better collaboration between project participants.


Smart buildings, infrastructure and cities cover a wide field of topics. To ensure we do not dilute the focus we will host a number of 30 minute #SmartChats to educate and help specific audiences gain a deeper level of engagement on a specific topic.
